4. Payment Terms: Payment for tutoring packages must be made in advance. Prices for services are clearly outlined on the website and may vary based on class length, type, and other factors. All prices are non-refundable and tax fees automatically apply with each checkout, as specified during the checkout process. 

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: 

General Notice Requirement: All students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled tutoring session. Failure to do so will result in the student being charged for that session as if it was completed. 

Live Classes: For any live classes purchased, 24-hour notice is also required prior to canceling or rescheduling. However, please note that once a live class is purchased, no refunds will be issued. If you need to reschedule, please refer to our available dates for upcoming classes to find a suitable option.

Rescheduling Process: When a session or class needs to be rescheduled, we encourage students to check our schedule for the next available dates. This proactive approach allows us to accommodate your learning needs efficiently while ensuring that all students have access to valuable educational sessions. 

6. Session Duration and Validity: Tutoring packages must be used within the specified timeframe please read over the duration allotted when purchasing a tutoring package. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. 

7. Conduct and Responsibilities: Users are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward tutors and peers during sessions. Any disruptive behavior may result in termination of services without a refund.
